Captain Steadfast

This lighthearted song also teaches a lesson about having perseverance, which would be a good related vocabulary word to introduce. “Captain Steadfast”  uses the imperative form as well as direct addresses in providing guidance for life.  Multiple infinitive verb forms are also present, and there’s a reference to the rhyme, “Row, Row, Row Your Boat.”
